The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing and managing quality control processes to ensure that all products, services, and procedures meet established standards. This role requires thorough inspections, testing, documentation, and collaboration with various teams to maintain quality excellence across projects and manufacturing processes.

1. Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans and procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
3. Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of quality systems.
4. Train team members on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.

1. Monitor all stages of the production or project lifecycle to ensure adherence to quality standards.
2. Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, processes, and finished products.
3. Identify non-conformance issues and collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
4. Manage quality records, including test results, inspection reports, and calibration certificates.

1. Supervise material and product testing in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO).
2. Analyze test results and prepare quality performance reports for stakeholders.
3. Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and project handovers.

1. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and codes.
2. Liaise with third-party inspectors and certification agencies for approvals and inspections.
3. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to improve quality processes.

1. Work closely with design, production, and construction teams to align quality objectives with project goals.
2. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the quality of procured materials and services.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related queries and concerns.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil,, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in QA/QC roles in manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries.

1. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, tools, and systems.
2. Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and specifications.
3. Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
5. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
