The Golf Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development and maintenance of golf courses, ensuring that they meet industry standards and provide an exceptional playing experience. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and a passion for golf. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various construction projects, managing budgets, and leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results.Responsibilities:Oversee the planning and execution of golf course construction projects from inception to completion.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and engineers to create innovative and sustainable golf course designs.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Coordinate with contractors and vendors to procure materials and services necessary for construction.Implement best practices in golf course maintenance and agronomy to enhance playability and aesthetics.Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and community members.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for upper management on project status and outcomes.Train and mentor staff on construction techniques and safety protocols.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate into project planning.Preferred Candidate:Agricultural or landscape architect engineer with expertise in golf courses.15 years of experience in construction management, preferably within KSA.Experience with any Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects.Proven track record in managing golf course projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable practices.Willingness to travel as required for project oversight.
