Experience:


  • 2-3 years of experience in governance, compliance, administration, or a related field.


  • Experience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment is a plus but not required.


  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, governance best practices, and regulatory requirements.


Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent time-management skills.


  • Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex governance information clearly.


  • Proficiency in using document management systems and governance tools (e.g., SharePoint, Google Workspace, Confluence).


Technical Requirements:


  • Experience working in a remote role or managing workflows remotely.


  • Familiarity with cloud-based document management systems and version control processes.


  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure handling of sensitive data.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, Governance, or a related field is preferred but not required.


  • A professional certification in governance, risk management, or compliance (e.g., CCEP, GRC certification) is a plus.
