Monitoring and scheduling PM activities for all plant equipment, machines and machinery. Daily contact with Direct Manager/peers Guiding maintenance team in work scheduling and prioritising Decision making on PM Master Data and scheduling WOs. Validation & finalization of the master PM program & master PM check sheets. Backlog Management monitor and re-schedules work order. Generate the PM activities report and submitted to Maintenance managers. Develop and analyse Periodic reviews for PM life cycle. Review and update department procedures and policies related to the maintenance activities. Keeping, updating and organizing the engineering library (operating and spare parts manuals, drawings, diagrams… etc.) in a neat easy to find manner. SAP PM full ownership with BI reporting for the Engineering team Reliability team member with full custody of all data gathering and monitoring with full analysis TPM leader for PM pillar while insuring the new system is implemented and followed with documentation Support the new PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology (PEMM) with a total of 10 different pillars and develop the MIAP action plan with different stake holders. Plant Cost tracking with reporting and analysing the productivity initiative of engineering team with both localization and reconditioning. The overall management of Quality, Costs, Service and People with the aid of technicians across all shifts to achieve and maintain the Line availability (Technical Efficiency) & Equipment readiness. Developing and implementing PM tasks and activities for all plant equipment, machines and machineries. Control and re-schedule WO’s backlog as per criticality. Ensure accepted notifications received are converted to WO’s and implemented as per agreed SLA with other stakeholders based on the criticality of the request. Ensure all requirement of the safety policies are adhered to through implementing, sustaining and participating in the continual improvement of the PepsiCo EHS systems and standards at area of responsibility, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved. Maintain and implement QFS standards within the area of responsibility. Identify opportunities, support initiatives to improve production processes in coordination with production personnel to improve quality, productivity, enhance safety or drive down costs. Ensure that spending is in line with the department R&M budget and direct manager directions. Daily reporting of all shift activities. Coordinate with OEM engineers and representatives on related spare parts, troubleshooting, recommended PM plans, equipment modifications and upgrading. Generate PM activity reports, BI Dashboard reports, analyse gaps and opportunities, develop action plans and reflect needed changes on PM Master Plans. Maintain plant’s assets and equipment details updated in SAP-PM master data. Develop and apply periodic reviews and updates for PMWO lifecycles. Review and update department’s procedures and policies related to the maintenance tasks/activities. Local & External spare parts/services contract management & controls on spares inventory. Flawless development and execution of the site Maintenance and Reliability M&R Strategy (all data gathering and monitoring with full analysis) to achieve World Class maintenance status TPM leader for PM pillar while insuring the system is implemented and followed with documentation. Support the review, and implementation of PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) tool and execute the related MIAP (Maintenance Improvement Action Plan). Work with plant’s stakeholders on maintenance tasks and Work Orders, ensuring effective utilization for maintenance resources in executing maintenance plans to deliver the required KPI’s for their areas. Through Reliability Engineering tools and techniques, support the implementation of Maintenance and Reliability M&R KPI's, and ensure there are plans in place to deliver the required targets on all these measures. Support deploying Continuous Improvement CI initiatives and Failure Analysis techniques (e.g. Root Cause Analysis RCA) through analysing SAP-PM data to develop short- and long-term action plans to permanently solve problems. Attend the Maintenance forum meetings to share Maintenance Performance, Best Practices, Challenges and achievements. Ensure the effectiveness of the PM schedule by ensuring full compliance with maintenance plan and run frequent analysis for further improvements and optimizations on this plan and overall operational performance. Line Management of Maintenance Technicians with full responsibility on their daily scheduling and assignments, as well as owning their Performance Management Process PMP and Development Plans. Qualifications Diploma /B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering. Asset Utilization (Understands the relation Maintenance and availability) Have engineering and technical knowledge, operating and automation systems Have Quality and Food Safety QFS systems and policies knowledge Equipment terminology hands on experience Maintenance Planning & execution system (SAP PM) working background Team player with effective collaboration and communications capabilities. Capable of organizing planned activities, can evaluate technical capabilities and assign duties. Can coordinate interaction between different departments Problems/ conflicts solving intellect Flexible in tolerating changes and accepting new ideas.
