Role
As Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of a defined cluster within Trojena, this role is vital to the successful execution of operations, ensuring alignment with NEOM's vision for innovation, sustainability, and excellence. The Cluster Manager will coordinate multiple functions within the assigned Cluster, manage teams, and ensure all projects within their cluster are executed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned cluster, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee multiple construction, infrastructure, and development projects within the cluster, ensuring alignment with Trojena and NEOM’s goals for sustainability and cutting-edge development.
- Manage a diverse team, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure performance objectives are met. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, local authorities, and consultants, to ensure project milestones are met and align with NEOM’s overall vision.
- Ensure that resources (including manpower, materials, and budgets) are effectively managed across projects to minimize wastage and ensure optimal cost control.
- Ensure all activities and operations within the cluster are in line with NEOM’s commitment to sustainable practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Identify potential risks related to project execution, safety, or regulatory compliance, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of operations within the cluster. Ensure data and reports are accurate and timely.
- Ensure that all activities comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and NEOM’s ethical guidelines.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, ideally in urban development or construction.
- Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of budget management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices, smart technologies, and innovation within development projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
