Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling components such as Compressors, Motors, pipes, and baseplate per assembly drawings.
• Operating Overhead Carne to movie equipment
• Working within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
• Assembling /disassembly, adjust and install mechanical to meet tolerance and product operating requirements
• Performing basic mathematical calculations. Good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools, power tools needed for assembly and precision measuring equipment.
• Performing testing such as hydrotest and pneumatic test.
• Performing alignment for Centrifugal Compressor and electrical motor with gearbox.
• Complying with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental directives and regulations
• Ownership for completion of QC Sheets, manufacturing forms, completion work forms

To be successful in this role you will:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in packaging lines.
• Experience in mechanical activities such as assembly pipes & equipment, testing.
• Good to have Knowledge of packaging manufacturing operations.
• Good to have experience in alignment for Centrifugal Compressor and electrical motor with gearbox.
• Good to have experience Knowledge of the product: Centrifugal Compressor, Gas Turbine, Electrical Motor, Gearbox.
• Knowledge of packaging drawings read and understand.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective gloves , Safety glass etc.)
• Deftness and attention to detail
• Proficient in English
