The Associate Director of MEP will be responsible to lead all design and and delivery of technical works within the department, managing a team of mechanical, electrical, structural engineers.

Description
The Associate Director will be responsible for leading an wide team and ensuring an independent review of the executed works on site. The role requires and individual who is responsible to produce an observation report and regularly update the higher management on the following topics:
Compliance of executed works with approved IFC/Shop DrawingsCompliance of executed works with approved Material SubmittalsCompliance of executed works with approved Method StatementsQuality of the executed works
Furthermore, the role will be responsible to overlook PMC and Site Supervision Consultants performance and be the key point of contact to coordinate the required.

Leadership:

People Management:
Work with all members of the ESSR, TSG, Design and Delivery Team to complete the required tasks.Levelling of the workload between the different team members as required to maintain a sustainable delivery model based on the team capacity.Manage both internal and external stakeholders to obtain the required inputs/decisions for successful completion of the required tasks.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports:
Input into the preparation of accurate and timely functional statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.Providing evaluation of PMC's and Consultant's site supervision performance.
Safety, Quality & Environment:
Adherence to all company safety, quality, and environment policies.
Continuous Improvement:
Maintain lessons learnt register and share the knowledge with relevant company teams to add value on new projects.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the project delivery.
Managerial:
Lead, advise, and motivate PMCs and Consultants to champion the company's culture, values, and vision.
Project Management:
Lead meetings with the PMCs and Site Supervision Consultants to ensure that observed non-compliant works are addressed in timely manner, identifying risk and areas of concerns earlier on.Provide guidance and where necessary clear direction to stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project.Preparation of the workload histograms for the team, and rotation plans between the assets.
Cost Management:
Provide technical advice to commercial teams wherever is required.Highlighting an opportunities for the VE wherever possible.
Reporting:
Provide timely input into the Site Observation reporting dashboards.Provide monthly presentation to the upper management on the site observation findings.
Profile
An experience professional with at least 17 years of experience.Minimum of a Bachel
