MEP Director (DEL 113)

We are searching for an experienced MEP Director to lead our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering efforts. In this critical role, you will oversee all MEP-related aspects, ensuring the successful integration of systems while maintaining our high standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.

• Lead and manage the design, procurement, and installation of MEP systems throughout various projects.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and MEP specifications.
• Review and approve MEP designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Develop and manage the MEP budget and schedule, ensuring timely delivery across all project phases.
• Oversee site inspections and tests to ensure all installations meet safety and performance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to MEP systems and coordinate issue resolution.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering to drive innovation.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and team members, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
