People Operations Lead

We are looking for a People Operations Lead to lead our People Operations Team and reports to the Head of People Operations.

As a People Operations Lead, your daily workload might include: 

• Lead & execute the full HR operations cycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring all documentation and systems are up to date and compliant with internal policies and local regulations.
• Lead & execute HR transactions to the business, ensuring all deadlines are met and Employees are satisfied with the service level.
• Lead & execute all government relations transactions while ensuring full compliance with all the local regulations. This includes visiting government authorities to finalize manual transactions, if needed.
• Lead medical insurance transactions in coordination with the broker.
• Lead monthly payroll process & all relevant reporting.
• Act as a point of contact for all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests..
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality of all operational data.
• Maintain digital records of employees.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
