2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure the sustained mining of metals/minerals according to comparative cost and quality requirements from reserves which poses major challenges regarding the environment, safety and health of the employees, working on surface and underground, the geographic location and petrography, with the appropriate legal requirements. Develop human capital to the maximum.
3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Qualification:
1. B.Tech/M.Tech/Bachelors/Masters/PhD of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 5 years as Area Manager
2. Relevant Business Management Qualification (e.g. MBA) preferred
Experience:
13 Years relevant experience in mining industry
International experience preferred
