Raya International Services, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is looking to hire an Oracle Program Manager with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

• Conduct the project planning activities and manage the execution of large scale, high risk, or strategic projects according to plan.\r\n
• Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer.\r\n
• Lead cross-functional/Project Managers teams towards delivering defined project outputs in terms of time, budget and project quality.\r\n
• Participate in developing project management best practices and ensure they are adhered to.\r\n
• Perform Project Management Reviews and reinforce the enterprise knowledge management through the communication of lessons learned and best practices development.\r\n
• Maintain project documentation and updates to relevant knowledge management bases; analyze lessons learned and share with the organization’s project management community.\r\n
• Manage the financial aspects of large-scale project; budgeting and estimate to actual variance.\r\n
• Manage all contract terms including changes in work scope, timeline and obligations, and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to formalize and administer contract changes.\r\n
• Build customer relationships with the clear expectation to deliver follow-on business or identify opportunities within an account. Deal with difficult issues at the customer and find win-win solutions.\r\n
