ResponsibilitiesThe SME in Rigging and Lifting provides expert knowledge and guidance on all aspects of rigging and lifting operations. This role involves developing, reviewing, and approving project documentation, training content, and process improvements to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
You will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
• Provide Expert Knowledge: Offer in-depth expertise in rigging and lifting operations, including the selection, inspection, and use of rigging equipment.• Develop and Review Documentation: Create and review project documentation, training materials, and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in rigging and lifting processes and recommend solutions.• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all rigging and lifting activities comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and other stakeholders.• Audit and Inspection: Participate in audits and inspections to ensure the integrity and safety of rigging and lifting operations.• Extensive experience in rigging and lifting equipment inspection• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and training abilities• Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.• Technical expertise in rigging and lifting equipment.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.• Proficiency in creating and reviewing technical documentation
