S&OP Master Planner
S&OP Master Planner You as a S&OP Master Planner will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Master Planner is responsible for the operational planning from sales to delivery to have all internal and external stakeholders coordinated, elaborating and implementing comprehensive plans and strategies to optimize organizational efficiency and productivity and this typically involves analyzing data, forecasting trends, and collaborating with various departments to coordinate resources and schedules.
Your responsibilities
Elaborating together with sales the midterm sales revenue forecast by product type to plan the revenues, capacity and material demand. Preparing a detailed production plan based on contractual obligations and loading and align in monthly coordination meetings with project management and production. Preparing the material demand plan to share with SCM for the forecast to the suppliers and the management of the stock material. Preparing the monthly forecast for the feeder factories and participate at the Sales & Operational Planning meetings. Conducting thorough analysis of current operations and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Developing long-term strategic plans to meet organizational goals and objectives. Collaborating with department heads to coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Monitoring and evaluating project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and propose corrective actions as needed. Utilizing software tools and systems to manage and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues. Leading cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure effective project execution. Continuously reviewing and refining planning processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Your background
A bachelor’s degree or high diploma in relevant field is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position. Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerBI and good SAP knowledge is preferred. Strong communication and organizing skills. Should be excited to learn, flexible, open-minded and teamwork oriented and highly motivated and self-driven Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
