JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP SD solutions to optimize sales and distribution processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other SAP modules to ensure seamless integration and process efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for sales, distribution, and order management processes.
Design and configure SAP SD solutions to meet business requirements, including pricing, billing, shipping, and sales order processing.
Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM) and third-party systems to ensure end-to-end business process alignment.
Configure SD components, such as pricing, output determination, availability check, and credit management. Customize SAP functionalities as per business needs.
Manage and support data migration activities, including customer master data, pricing conditions, and sales orders.
Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.
Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, including sales order management, pricing, billing, and delivery processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD module is preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes and integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP).
Experience with ABAP debugging and enhancements is a plus.
Proficiency in handling EDI and IDOC interfaces.
Knowledge of Fiori apps related to SAP SD processes.
SOFT SKILLS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
SAP SD certification.
Experience in international project environments.
Knowledge of Agile or SAP Activate methodologies.
