We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to drive the growth of Medium Voltage (MV)/High Voltage (HV) Motors & Drives and integrated systems in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets for international brands and deep knowledge of industrial applications in key sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Cement, Mining, Water/Wastewater, Power, Infrastructure, and Iron & Steel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote MV/HV Motors, Drives, and Systems in industrial sectors.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including technical presentations, consultations, and negotiations.
Provide application expertise for sizing, selection, and integration of Medium Voltage Motors and Drives.
Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base across key industries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia's contract and commercial terms.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
Experience: 5-8 years in sales of MV/HV Motors and MV Drives for industrial applications in Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience with reputable international brands in the MV Drives/Motors manufacturing or sales sector.
Strong knowledge of application requirements in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, and related industries.
Demonstrated skills in customer relations, presentation, and communication.
In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabia's industrial landscape and business culture.
Preferred Skills:
Application knowledge of Medium Voltage Motors and Drives, including sizing and selection.
Expertise in handling commercial and contractual terms specific to Saudi Arabia.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets in highly competitive markets.
