Role and Responsibilities

• 7+ years Network Optimization experience, 3+ years of 5G oversea optimization experience
  

  
  

• Proficient in spoken English, which can be used as a daily working language
  

  
  

• Good working attitude and ability to withstand high-intensity work pressure
  

  
  

• Familiarity with GULN wireless principles
  

  
  

• Familiarity with Huawei RF features and optimization solution provide
  

  
  

• Proficient in analyzing Cluster DT issues and provide Cluster DT optimization solutions
  

  
  

• Proficient in analyzing OSS KPIs issues and troubleshooting root case, provide KPI improvement Solution
  

  
  

• Ability to perform the role of a city optimization TL
  

  
  

• Proficiency in using network optimization tools And platform
  

  
  

• Non-Chinese nationals with Chinese proficiency will be given priority
