Job Description:


General Purpose:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s receivables, overseeing invoicing processes, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate cash flow. This position monitors customer payments, ensures timely collection of receivables, and oversees the accuracy of financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Regularly review and update customer accounts.
  • Ensure invoices are accurate and issued on time.
  • Send payment reminders to customers and manage the collection process.
  • Resolve issues related to payments and track payment delays.
  • Ensure customer payments are recorded correctly and completely.
  • Report and analyze receivable accounts and cash flow.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer requests and create payment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with financial documentation and maintain records for auditing purposes.
  • Prepare periodic reports and conduct financial analysis for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on customer requests and payments.

Requirements:


  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in AR (Accounts Receivable) or accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team-oriented and solution-focused approach.

Preferred Skills:


  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in English.
