What we expect from you:
• Following the daily schedule of CEO and to ensure coordination,
• Organizing meetings,
• Ensure communication and coordination between CEO and other units,
• Directing and managing the daily guest traffic of CEO and being responsible for hosting the guests,
• Acting as a point of contact between CEO and employees/customers/partners, with a strong focus on customer service and effective communication,
• Arranging CEO's daily/weekly/monthly work schedule and working environment, preparing business and travel plans, following his agenda,
• Participating high-level meetings and large-scale events; setting the agenda, giving participatory advice,
• Planning and executing logistics details for on-site and off-site meetings of CEO,
• Ensure effective communication with all parties at all internal and external levels (mail, telephone, documents, etc.).
What are we looking for:
• Bachelor Degree from related fields
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Analysis and reporting skills,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
