We are looking for an Facility and Energy Manager to join our team in Kocaeli, Türkiye.
Your Responsibilities:
- To organize the maintenance activities and staff in the facility to ensure a maximum availability and minimum downtime of equipment and personnel for operational requirements.
- To ensure facility and tank farm equipment is maintained in a safe & reliable working condition in accordance with the planned maintenance program to identify and rectify problems.
- Ensuring coordination with the National Energy provider, managing the facility's energy system without interrupting operations, ensuring that energy and infrastructure maintenance activities are carried out.
- To organize, coordinate and supervise the maintenance activities for facility and energy management, To achieve maximum availability to meet the demands of the port’s operations, at economic costs.
- To minimise maintenance costs to meet forecast budgets therefore contributing to the profitability of the port’s operations.
- To author or review maintenance and test procedures with the aim of achieved sustainable reliability centred maintenance for operational conditions.
- To monitor and develop maintenance staff to ensure technical skills necessary for maintenance of complex plant items.
- To prepare estimates for damage and make reports for management review and discussion.
- To implement safety procedures and recommend by assessing audit of third party contractors when feasible therefore creating a safe work environment.
Your Profile:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline.
- Have an energy manager certificate.
- Able to fully understand mechanical and/or electrical projects.
- Have good knowledge of technical terminology.
- Fluent language skills Turkish and English.
- Experience on using an ERP software (Maximo, IFS, SAP. etc.)
- Experience in energy management, tank farm and/or liquid management and organizing of stock systems.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team,
- Able to swim and does not have any fear of the sea.
- Able to work at height.
- Proven mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, maintenance planning and organizing work history,
- Ability to satisfy performance & productivity requirements of the company.
- Have a class B driver's license,
- Willingness to work in Kocaeli,
