Roche Pharma Turkiye is looking for a passionate, self-organized, entrepreneurial individual with a broad background of experiences in medical, access and sales to support develop Disease Area (DA) portfolio care pathways, shape government policies such as increased healthcare financing, alternative financing, prevention and screening to maximize access to our Innovative and life changing medicines.
Key Responsibilities
You strengthen care pathways for portfolio and pipeline DAs, overcoming gaps.
You work with stakeholders relevant to access, policy shaping and pricing according to the DA specific requirements and lifecycle.
You work with health institutions and related government bodies on developing and implementing policy changes that impact the health system.
You contribute to the development of the portfolio and product strategy (commercial, medical, access pre-launch / post-launch) in partnership with the Turkiye Network Enabling team, DA Teams.
You support with arrangements regarding access to Pricing and Access Solutions Partner.
You define systems for ensuring that Turkiye affiliate maximizes the opportunity to be a hub for medical knowledge.
You lead in a matrix environment, challenge the status quo and encourage others to do so also.
You collaborate with internal business partners and chapters to drive capability and obtain the necessary support and resourcing required to deliver on DA goals and work packages.
Who You Are
You have 5 + years experience in access and governmental affairs.
You have a firm understanding or background in health economics and are able to enable the patient voice for policy change.
You have knowledge in developing different pricing models and harnessing different reimbursement pathways.
You are preferably experienced in banking or private insurance institutions.
You have a good level of English.
