This role will focus on generating reports, analyzing data, and facilitating communication across multiple departments to enhance sales performance and support business objectives. Support sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams with data and insights to streamline processes and decision-making.
Collaborate with customer service and customer solutions teams to enhance service quality and resolve issues.
Provide critical data to sales leadership for business planning and forecasting activities.
Skills Required:
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand sales processes and objectives.
Quantitative and analytical skills for preparing, interpreting, and presenting data reports.
Proficiency in sales support tools and systems for efficient report generation.
