Job Description:


The International Sales Support Specialist will play a key role in providing analytical and operational support to the sales team. This role will focus on generating reports, analyzing data, and facilitating communication across multiple departments to enhance sales performance and support business objectives. Below are the core responsibilities and activities associated with this role:


Key Responsibilities:


Reporting and Data Analysis:


  • Prepare area-wise reports on a daily basis to assist sales representatives (SRs), area sales managers (ASMs), directors of sales (DOS), customer solutions managers (CSMs), operations, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Generate daily shipment reports for cross-departmental stakeholders, including SRs, ASMs, marketing, finance, and customer service teams.
  • Produce weekly MTD (Month-to-Date) reports to support data-driven decisions for SRs, ASMs, and CSMs.
  • Compile weekly trend reports for the sales team to identify performance patterns and opportunities.
  • Develop monthly snapshot reports to summarize critical sales metrics for SRs, ASMs, and CSMs.
  • Maintain a monthly revenue tracker (Masterfile) for the Sales Operations team.
  • Create monthly churn reports to monitor customer retention rates and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Prepare PCA churn reports in collaboration with customer service to address performance gaps.
  • Generate monthly pullthrough reports (SIS) to track and enhance sales performance for SRs and ASMs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


Support sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams with data and insights to streamline processes and decision-making.


Collaborate with customer service and customer solutions teams to enhance service quality and resolve issues.


Provide critical data to sales leadership for business planning and forecasting activities.


Skills Required:


Strong business acumen and the ability to understand sales processes and objectives.


Quantitative and analytical skills for preparing, interpreting, and presenting data reports.


Proficiency in sales support tools and systems for efficient report generation.


Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.


Target Stakeholders:


SRs, ASMs, DOS, and CSMs.


Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams.


Customer Service and Customer Solutions teams.


Sales Operations leadership.


This position will directly report to the Sales Operations Manager and is integral to ensuring the success and efficiency of the sales function through accurate reporting and actionable insights.
