Department

You will be the part of FLSmidth Cement’s Service Execution team in Turkey who is responsible for execution of professional services, as Service Engineer for all FLSmidth Cement products. This involves extensive travelling (domestic and international) and involves high level of technical expertise and customer handling skills.

Role

You will be the part of FLSmidth Cement Turkey Service Execution team and responsible for execution of professional services, as Service Engineer and specifically will be trained as Kiln Service Engineer. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing technical drawings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all mechanical systems operate safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities

• Knowledge about erection tools & tackles & equipment for hands-on execution
• Must have worked in cement erection/retrofit Projects.
• To ensure that the execution is done as per the drawings/instructions provided by the Engineering Department
• To ensure that the work at site is done as per the safety norms.
• Ensuring proper and timely documentation of site reports to management and client as required
• To ensure timely completion of assigned site jobs with quality and on time
• Minimum travel 180-200 Days/ year
• Capable of handling complex hardware and software
• Knowledge of industrial safety principles and practices
• Willingness to travel

• Should possess excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Work in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and vendors/contractor.
• Should be aware of latest site safety standards in the market.
• Should have proper knowledge of the manufacturing process of the industry.
• Strong time management skills at site as Team player.                                                                                                                   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and practices.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English languages.

Experience

3+ Years of relevant experience.
