Job Summary :
We are seeking an exceptional Oracle Fusion Program Director to lead a high-visibility ERP transformation program with direct exposure to C-level stakeholders.The program’s scope extends beyond a technical upgrade, focusing on business transformation to deliver measurable value for a global organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Drive business process reengineering to deliver efficiency and transformation rather than a simple technical migration. Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing strategic guidance and clear communication throughout the program lifecycle. Oversee all program management functions, including scope, budget, resource planning, risk management, and reporting. Foster collaboration between global, cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners. Ensure program deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with business objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide consistent updates through excellent communication and presentations. Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to mitigate risks and maintain program momentum.
Role Requirements and Qualifications :
Minimum 15 years of experience, including 3+ full lifecycle ERP implementations as a Program Director for large multinational companies. Proven track record working with leading consulting firms in Europe or the US, delivering ERP solutions for complex global organizations. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with experience in ERP, HCM, and Procurement modules. Exceptional ability to align technical solutions with business transformation goals.
