Who we are?We are Mr.Beard Waffle L.L.C from Belgium which we certificated from Belgium . We are going to open our new small shop for 1st time in Sharjah. We are making Belgian Waffle and Bubble Waffle with our own recipe. We will share more info about us during our interview.What we need (Full job description)?We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including various types of coffees. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu making recommendations based on their preferences up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.Greet customers as they enterGive customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredientsTake orders while paying attention to details e g preferences of coffee blend dairy and sugar ratiosPrepare beverages following recipesServe beverages and prepare latte art like solid Heart, simple Tulip, Rosetta, and SwanReceive and process payments cash and credit cardsKeep the bar area cleanMaintain stock of clean mugs and platesCheck if brewing equipment operates properly and reports any maintenance needsComply with health and safety regulationsability to keep up with trend in new drinks and recipesknowledge of all types of professional espresso machines and grinderAble to work in the weekendWe are offering:✅ Competitive Pay: the salary is between 1800 and 2500 AED ( you will pay your rent and eating)✅ Flexible Hours: full-time positions available plus extra hours with paid✅ Employee Perks: Free coffee on shift, discounts on all menu items, and [other perks like meals or staff discounts if applicable]✅ Growth Opportunities: Learn new skills, advance to leadership roles, and grow your career in the coffee industry✅ Training Provided: Whether you're an expert or new to the art of coffee, we’ll train you to make exceptional drinks/Waffles and delight our customers✅ Bonus: Each year from the 1st year, you will get a end year premium.
