BIM Engineer - Facade

Meraki Group is looking for a skilled and innovative BIM Engineer - Facade to join our talented team.
This role requires a strong technical background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with a focus on facade design and engineering.
You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to develop accurate and efficient BIM models that enhance project outcomes.
Responsibilities Create and maintain detailed BIM models for facade systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate facade design into the overall building model.
Conduct clash detection and resolve potential design conflicts before construction.
Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols related to facade engineering.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding BIM processes and tools.
Participate in design reviews and provide insights on constructibility and performance of facade systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM and facade technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a focus on facade engineering preferred.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and similar tools.
Strong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
