Business Development Manager

What You Will Be Doing 

As Mortgage Advisory Manager, you will lead a team of Mortgage Advisors, driving loan origination, ensuring high-quality service, and optimizing operational efficiency, with a focus on achieving mortgage volume targets and continuous process improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

• To build, develop and maintain relationship with the ‘Management Team’ and ‘senior brokers’ of Real Estate Agencies in Dubai (With Existing tie-ups), to ensure sustainable and healthy pipelines of new prospective mortgage customers.
• Establishing new Real estate relationships on a quarterly basis.
• Penetrate Developer Sourcing Module.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team members by setting objectives and targets, evaluating progress, managing performance, developing needs.
• Provide front-end credit checks for all the files generated to ensure that they meet the broad policy guidelines.
• Liaise with credit to obtain the approval of all loans and with Credit Operations for completion of documentation and disbursal.
• Produce, analyze and report management statistics, recommend and implement changes/improvements based on the findings of these statistics.
• To familiarize with Anti Money Laundering checks and procedures and implement the same.
