Department Overview:AZI Hospitality specializes in providing luxury hospitality services to clients. The department offers a wide range of services, including event management, catering, and customers' handling. AZI Hospitality works with clients to create bespoke experiences that cater to their specific needs and preferences.
Job Purpose:
The Butler reports to the Front of House Manager. They do a first-rate job, which means that any passengers who step into the VIP terminal will be greeted by them. A butler's role as first point of contact is critical, as they must provide the best possible experience for our passengers upon arrival and departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must provide excellent customer service to all passengers by maintaining a pleasant, professional, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Assist passengers with carrying their hand luggage.
- Provide adequate seating arrangements around the VIP terminal.
- Providing passengers with personalized service.
- Having thorough understanding of all VIP Terminal amenities for passengers.
- Collaborating with all departments (guest experience, housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet the needs of passengers.
- Must wear and maintain a professional uniform supplied by Jetex.
- Assist in tasks at event related work including exhibitions/shows and coordinating maintainance both exterior and interior of the VIP terminal.
- Complete any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management
EXPERIENCE- Minimum 2 years' experience in 5* hotel/luxury resort industry
- Knowledge of another language is big plus.
SPECIFIC/ TECHNICAL SKILLS- Great interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
- Excellent in customer service
- Good knowledge in IT Skills (MS Office and database management)
