About the Role:

To ensure accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and validation of operational and financial data into the SAP system to support business decision-making through reliable and updated records in alignment with organisational standards.

Activities:

• Responsible for entering and updating operational and financial data (including inventory, transactions, and
  customer records) in the SAP system to maintain accurate and current databases.
• Organizes and manages digital and physical records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and secure
  access.
• Conducts regular quality control reviews on input data and initiates corrections where necessary to maintain
  data accuracy
• Ensure all SAP entries are aligned with internal controls, audit requirements, and reporting timelines

Requirement:

The Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounts Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Operator in an SAP environment.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong computer literacy in MS Office and ERP systems.
