Civil Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)

A leading organization in the construction and infrastructure industry is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project lifecycle operations, from excavation to final handover. This role requires deep technical understanding, leadership capability, and strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, structural, and architectural units.

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities from initial excavation to project handover.
  

  
  

• Oversee planning, execution, quality control, and progress monitoring.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams for seamless project integration.
  

  
  

• Ensure compliance with ADM, DM, Civil Defense, and all relevant UAE engineering standards.
  

  
  

• Drive adherence to project schedules, cost controls, and safety standards.
  

  
  

• Present project updates and reports to senior management.
  

  
  

Arab National (Levant preferred).

Strong leadership in large-scale civil projects.

Excellent knowledge of UAE standards, authority approvals, and regulatory processes.

Ability to manage complex construction workflows and resolve site challenges effectively.
