Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, someone who can turn everyday ideas into scroll-stopping, heart-warming, and laughter-inducing content.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create videos, trends, and stories that reflect Calo’s purpose and connect with people across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

Think of yourself as both the creator and storyteller, bringing our brand to life through the eyes, energy, and creativity of a Gen Z voice.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) that align with Calo’s tone and message.
• Act as the face or voice in select videos, camera-friendly, authentic, and energetic.
• Spot and adapt viral trends, audio, and formats that can fit Calo’s brand.
• Collaborate with our social, design, and campaign teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch fresh storytelling concepts weekly.
• Track content performance and audience feedback to refine future ideas.
