Job Title: Culture and Development Manager – Siemens Middle East
Location: Dubai, UAE
Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Culture and Development Manager to lead and execute key talent and leadership development initiatives across Siemens countries in the Middle East. This role will drive leadership programs, succession planning, performance management, and the cultural transformation of Siemens Industrial, while aligning with global strategies and local market needs. You will collaborate with business leaders to deliver high-impact people development strategies and foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and excellence.
What You Will Do – Responsibilities at the Heart of Transformation:
- Leadership and Talent Development: Lead the regional delivery of Siemens' leadership development programs, including Leadership Circles, and ensure alignment with global development frameworks. Guide leaders in fostering team journeys that promote sustainable business growth and talent development.
- Succession Management: Oversee the execution of succession planning for high-potential talent, ensuring future leaders are identified and nurtured across all functions and countries.
- Learning and Development: Partner with leadership to ensure learning initiatives align with business goals and market realities. Lead regional communication for global learning ecosystems, ensuring adoption of platforms such as My Growth and My Learning World.
- Competence & Skills Management: Implement Siemens' strategic workforce planning approach, ensuring the region’s talent is equipped with the skills required to meet future business demands and market shifts.
- Culture Leadership: Champion Siemens’ Be Golden cultural initiative, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across the region. Drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture.
- Performance Management: Lead the communication and implementation of Siemens’ Performance Management approach, including Growth Talks, to ensure alignment with business goals and global strategy.
- Regional P&O Strategy: Collaborate with global and regional P&O teams to ensure alignment of local initiatives with global strategy. Provide leadership with data-driven insights for effective decision-making and report on key people metrics.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital And Solid!
- Proven experience in aligning talent, culture, and performance strategies with business goals across complex, multinational organizations.
- Ability to design and deliver scalable programs while managing multiple stakeholders and driving organizational change in a matrixed environment.
- Strong background in leadership coaching, talent management, and employee engagement strategies. An internationally recognized coaching certification (e.g., CTI/ICF) is a plus.
- A deep understanding of regional cultural dynamics, with the ability to tailor global initiatives to local business and market needs.
- Extensive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development within a global context.
- Advanced project management skills with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering commercial value through people and culture transformation.
- Mobility to frequent travel across ME regions: AE, SA, PK, QA, KW, OM
