Data Analysis Assistant

About the Role

Rawaj is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong student to support internal research and data analysis projects. The role involves gathering structured market information, maintaining clean datasets, assisting with recurring updates, and supporting the development of internal analytical tools. The ideal candidate is organized, consistent, and comfortable working with both spreadsheets and basic Python for automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured research across assigned topics using credible and verified sources.

- Collect, clean, and organize recurring datasets in Google Sheets following standardized formats.

- Maintain time-series data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.

- Use Python (pandas and simple scripts) to clean or automate parts of the data workflow when needed.

- Prepare short monthly summaries highlighting notable changes or trends in the data.

- Assist in refining internal analysis frameworks and ensuring data is updated on schedule.

- Track and report anomalies, missing data, or irregularities.
