We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Amazon and Noon seller portals, expertise in content creation, listing optimization, advertising, and account management. The candidate should also be an excellent problem solver with outstanding communication skills, particularly in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Noon, ensuring accuracy, SEO, and high conversion rates.
- Create compelling and high-quality content (text, images, and videos) to drive engagement and sales.
Monitor and manage advertising campaigns across both platforms (PPC, sponsored ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Handle day-to-day account management, ensuring account health and resolving any issues that arise.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to develop actionable strategies for growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform changes to maintain competitive edge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to listings, orders, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, advertising efficiency, and account health.
Requirements:
- Has managed E-commerce Marketplace for at least 2-3 years.
- Proven experience managing Amazon and Noon seller portals.
- Expertise in content creation, listing optimization, and advertising strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools, analytics, and reporting systems.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
