Plume is seeking an organized and detail-oriented
Ecosystem Operations Manager to support the growth and smooth functioning of our ecosystem. This role focuses on the operational side of ecosystem development, ensuring that our partners, developers, and RWA issuers have a seamless experience when engaging with Plume’s blockchain platform.
As the Ecosystem Operations Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing operational processes that support partner onboarding, product integration, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a crucial role in tracking partner performance, improving operational efficiency, and driving data-driven decision-making. This is a role for a process-driven leader who thrives on structure, precision, and delivering impactful results.
🪶 *Overall Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to support the smooth onboarding and engagement of RWA issuers, developers, and technology partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development) to streamline partner onboarding, technical integrations, and support processes.
Develop playbooks, guides, and knowledge bases that enable ecosystem participants to easily understand and interact with Plume's platform.
2. Onboarding & Integration Support
Oversee and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new RWA issuers, developers, and ecosystem partners.
Facilitate technical integrations, ensuring partners have access to the right documentation, resources, and support.
Act as a key liaison between ecosystem participants and internal teams, ensuring technical challenges are addressed promptly.
3. Process Improvement & Automation
Identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks, improve partner support, and scale operations as the ecosystem grows.
Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure operational excellence.
4. Reporting & Data Analysis
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner onboarding, integrations, and operational efficiency.
Create and present performance dashboards and reports to senior management, providing insights into the health and growth of the ecosystem.
Use data to identify trends, measure partner engagement, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Partner Success & Retention
Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure that ecosystem participants remain engaged and supported.
Develop and execute partner engagement strategies, ensuring that partners are continuously benefiting from Plume’s ecosystem.
Proactively address partner issues and feedback, working to resolve them quickly and effectively.
6. Knowledge Management
Build and maintain internal and external knowledge bases for partner onboarding, API integrations, and operational best practices.
Ensure that documentation and operational resources are consistently up-to-date and accessible to internal teams and external partners.
🪶 *Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or ecosystem support within blockchain, fintech, SaaS, or a similar fast-growing industry. Crypto native preferred.
Strong process development and optimization experience, with a focus on operational scalability.
Experience supporting partner onboarding, client success, or technical implementation processes.
Familiarity with blockchain technology, DeFi, and the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs) is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker).
Ability to manage cross-functional projects, drive collaboration, and execute on deadlines.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to track and measure operational performance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable guidance.
Passion for blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, and building operational excellence from the ground up.
