JOB PURPOSE:
Key role is to manage, optimize and transform the credit card onboarding, acquisition, and card payments solutions across FAB & Dubai First credit cards.
With a focus to ensure our end-to-end cards on-boarding journey is market leading, working with key business partners to drive top of the funnel marketing, digital journey optimization and balanced credit conversion.
Also, to deliver a strong return on investment and sustainable growth in new cards acquisitions, with the right quality and product mix across the desired channels to budget.
Lastly with a focus to keep customers digitally on-boarded working with the schemes to leverage market leading payment features or products to bring a true in app digital CX to life.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
End to end cards onboarding
Ownership of both short term and long-term business objectives to materially improve the customer and banker experience when taking out and 1st using your credit card
Top of the funnel marketing, designing, and tracking market leading welcome offers across various channels. Working with marketing function and agency to yield the best results
Optimize credit card journeys, working with digital teams to identify opportunities to reduce drop offs and customer paint points
Improving the credit conversion working with credit and risk, to balance approval rates and collections flows
Card Business Acquisition
Deliver a full year plan, which manages the key driver of net account growth from sustainable acquisitions with focus on key drivers, objectives, and achieving business targets
Drive P&L outcomes
Focus on Quality of acquisition, profitability, and sound credit and fraud risk management.
ROI management
Optimization across channels
Support or drive product Launches
Payments
Continuous development of market leading card and digital features in app, to make FAB cards the best, way to pay, borrow and reward in the UAE. Ensure a customer can be digital 1st in their application journey and beyond

Minimum Qualification
University or Graduate degree in Business (MBA an advantage).
Minimum Experience
Domain knowledge in multiple geographies is an advantage.
Overall experience of at least 15 years with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cards Product
Strong Marketing skills and a thorough knowledge of Banking Products/ Services / Payments/ Digital
Extensive knowledge of Financial Services industry, Central Bank's rules, regulations, and procedures.
Knowledge of Agile process and principles, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation & Sustainable Finance
Analytical ability and strategic thinking.
Strong communications, leadership/negotiations, and interpersonal skills.
Management of external partners
Ability to work under pressure & multi-task.
