Junior Estimator (Infrastructure Experience)

Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Estimator with experience in infrastructure projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for construction projects.
Job Responsibility:
- Reviewing project documents to understand scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Performing quantity take-offs and estimating material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information.
- Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive bids for projects.
- Assisting in cost control and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in estimating for infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
