Conditions of Work:
Working hours 54 per week as per ADNH working hours policy in the UAE and the UAE labour law. This role involves a variety of shift timings (morning, evening, etc.)
Role Overview
Purpose:
Ensuring that the Company’s reputation for food quality and service is enhanced, with Client and Customers, to a high standard as agreed between yourself, Area Manager and client
Ensuring at all times that all operations and multiple service streams are strategically planned and executed.
Demonstrate a high and consistent level of organization & pro-active Management.
Always seeks, communicates & considers feedback from key stakeholders and teams. Constantly seek to anticipate and create consumer needs.
Aligning Performance with ADNHC strategic goals.
Ownership & Accountability of Managing the Service Agreement
Managing the contract retention strategy and process together with the support function teams
Responsible for the unit organic growth, retail revenue Sales & data analysis
To consistently plan and promote innovation, present new ideas that are in line with current global trends and drive market leadership consistently.
Implementing & encouraging a culture of care through team engagement, training & development.

Main Duties:
- Ensures the highest standards are delivered in meeting room set-ups,
- To discuss on a regular basis with Departmental Managers product/food specifications, menu changes, product innovation, fashion/trends and apply these in practice.
- Drives organic growth and the long term goals
- To promote innovation and present new ideas to the Area Manager/ Client
- To oversee operation of Departments and discuss general performance.
- To oversee the quality of food, presentation and service.
- Regularly reviews team’s training needs , development plans and performance
- To oversee the service staffing levels ensuring agreed levels are provided at scheduled times with the range of products and services available.
- Maintains the privacy and ensures security of all guests
- To remain well informed on market and food trends and to ensure that the facilities offered are current and competitive
Role Specifications
Qualifications
Essential:
- At least High school graduate
- Hotel school graduate or Food and Beverage operations certificate holder
Desirable:
- Hospitality Management School
Experience
Essential:
- Western Training and Western work Experience in blue chip contract catering and Luxury hotel, high-end restaurant
- Career path Experience in a high end hotel 5 star or fine dining restaurant experience
- Minimum 3 years HOD experience in a 5* F&B Ops or Conference & Events
