Lead 3D Visualiser/CG Artist

We are seeking a highly talented Lead 3D Visualizer / CG Artist to join our clients team and take a pivotal role in delivering world-class architectural imagery for landmark projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior visualisation professional to shape the creative direction of high-profile developments while leading and inspiring their in-house visualisation team.

• Creative Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of visualizers, ensuring the production of consistently outstanding imagery that reflects the design intent and elevates project presentations.
  
• High-End Visualization – Develop compelling exterior renderings, animations, and visual narratives for commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects at an international scale.
  
• Collaboration – Work directly with the Design Principal (and wider design team) to translate conceptual designs into powerful, photorealistic visuals that communicate vision, atmosphere, and storytelling.
  
• Quality & Innovation – Set standards in lighting, composition, mood, and aesthetics, ensuring each image meets the highest international benchmarks.
  
• Technical Direction – Oversee workflow, pipelines, and software use within the team; introduce innovations in real-time rendering and immersive technologies to keep the studio at the forefront of visual communication.
  

• Minimum 8 years in architectural visualisation, with a proven portfolio of large-scale exterior renderings.
  
• Complete command of 3DS Max, Rhino, Corona, V-Ray, Photoshop, After Effects, D5. Experience with Unreal Engine is a significant advantage.
  
• Design Sensibility: Deep understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and aesthetics to create emotionally engaging architectural imagery.
  
• Leadership Skills: Strong mentoring and communication abilities, capable of managing a team, guiding design intent, and presenting effectively to stakeholders.
  
• Passion for Excellence: A commitment to pushing creative and technical boundaries, producing visuals that inspire clients, collaborators, and global audiences.
