الوصف الوظيفي

Job Responsibilities:

•Preparation of technical and commercial cost comparison sheets.

•Price negotiation with vendors.

•Managing Warehouse operation, KPI monitoring, holding regular meetings with WH

•Managing relation with forwarders/shipping lines, holding regular meetings reviewing KPI

•Freight rate negotiation with Forwarders, monitoring and benchmarking Freight market

•Maintaining a monthly fright rate sheet with all major destinations for quick access of Sales/CS

•Handling Inbound shipments (Dubai-KSA) and inter WH transfers

•Logistics cost budget preparation and accuracy and monthly reports to DENV.

•Logistics and delivery KPI monitoring and reporting.

•Supporting Order Management team on Forwarder/Warehouse issues.

•Supporting rate enquiries coming from Sales/CS/Team if not available.

•Managing Logistics Costs, (checking and approving).

•Monitoring and tracking cost saving initiatives.

•Handling required tenders/RFQ for warehousing and shipping.



Job Requirements:

•At least 3-5 year experience in a similar role

•GCC customs regulations knowledge

•Experience in handling 3PL/4PL

•Well versed in Microsoft Excel

•Excellent written and spoken English

•Transport experience and knowledge

•Logistics Operation experience and knowledge
