Logistics Assistant

Performs all support functions, lifting and moving of all goods across the supply chain.

•Performs daily checking of shelves and arranges the items on a First-In-first-Out (FIFO) basis. 

•Monitors expiries of all items and reports to the respective team.

•Oversees the movement of stocks across the stores and warehouse.

•Labels and places expired items in the allocated area.

•Conducts barcoding and verification of all barcoded items.

•Performs sample delivery and communication.

•Delivers of all items across the units.

•Performs physical inventory.

•Supports Store Assistants on daily issuance.

•Performs physical inventory verification and reconciliation.

•Performs physical movement of items across American Hospital Dubai's locations.

•Works in collaboration with the entire Supply Chain Team.

•Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Qualification:

•High School Graduate

  Professional Experience:

•Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of Hospital store experience.
