In your role as a Machinist, you will play a pivotal part in the manufacturing process, utilizing your skills and knowledge to operate advanced machinery and produce high-quality components.
You will collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure that all production specifications and deadlines are met, while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain various types of machining equipment Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with precision Determine the correct machines, tools, and processes needed for fabrication Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality Perform quality control inspections on finished parts to meet specifications Collaborate with production teams to resolve machining issues efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and challenges Salary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist Experience in Manual lathe machine, Drill Machine, Milling machine, shaper machine and Boring machine.
Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Strong communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of safety and health regulations in a manufacturing environment
