Mechanical Estimator

Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Estimator to join our team. The Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for analyzing mechanical drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for mechanical construction projects.
Job Responsibility:
- Reviewing mechanical project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Analyzing labor, material, and time requirements to accurately estimate project costs.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all requirements are met.
- Analyzing project risks and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Presenting and explaining cost estimates to clients and key stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and materials.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
