We are seeking a skilled Operations Executive to support and coordinate day-to-day operations within an industrial and manufacturing environment. Production Coordination

• Support daily production planning and scheduling activities

  
  
  

• Monitor raw material consumption and finished goods output

  
  
  

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure targets, timelines, and quality standards are met

  
  
  

Identify production issues and report them to management

• Support implementation and compliance with ISO, HSE, and QA/QC procedures

  
  
  

• Ensure safety standards are followed in storage, material handling, and plant operations

  
  
  

• Assist during internal and external audits, inspections, and reviews

  
  
  

• Promote a safe and compliant working environment on-site

  
  
  

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate production, dispatch, and operational reports

  
  
  

• Monitor plant performance KPIs and assist management with analysis and reporting

  
  
  

• Support manpower planning, allocation, and attendance records

  
  
  

• Maintain proper documentation related to operations and compliance

  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

  
  
  

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or chemical sectors

  
  
  

• Practical understanding of production processes and plant operations

  
  
  

• Knowledge of quality systems, safety standards, and compliance requirements

  
  
  

• Strong coordination, reporting, and organizational skills

  
  
  

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  
  
  

• Salary: AED 2,600 + Accommodation + Food
