Your role:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and government officials, ministries, regulatory bodies, and relevant stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships to advocate for the organization's interests and objectives.
Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Facilitate communication with government agencies to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for business activities. Responsible for coordinating, obtaining, and updating company level registrations/certificates like:
Chamber of commerce
Commercial registration
Municipality license
Civil license
Address Registration
Saudization Certificates
Ejar Contracts
Nitaqat program
Trade License Update in relevant government offices.
Ministry of environment certificate
Tenancy contract
Registration in Ports
Support in Preparing Security passes for different locations.
Submitting and collecting letters for Legal Actions.
Post Office box Renewal for Branches where applicable.
Stay informed about legislative changes, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the organization's operations. Analyze the impact of government policies on the organization and provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders.
Implement a government affairs strategy aligned with the organization's goals and priorities.
Anticipate and manage regulatory risks and potential challenges arising from changes in government policies or public perception.
Engage with key stakeholders, including government officials, to build consensus and support for the organization's objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal counsel, and operational teams, to provide updates on government relations activities and regulatory developments. Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and board members.
Conduct all government relations activities with integrity, transparency, and adherence to ethical standards. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing lobbying, political contributions, and government interactions.
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in AD
Prior experience on diversity.
Bachelor degree
Arabic and English Language skills
