Job Description
We seek a leader that can grow our AM&D portfolio in the Growth region. This portfolio span the full Electrocardiogram (ECG) space, from Holter monitoring (including ePatch and Cardiologs) to Digital Cardiology Solutions (DCS) business (Cardiograph, ISECG). You will develop and deliver on our growth ambition in close alignment with Business, Zones and Partners. The role oversight from GtM strategy to sales enablement, commercialization and execution, optimizing cross-business opportunities, team collaboration and channels; enable.
We are seeking a results-oriented leader to drive the success of our AM&D portfolio in the region Growth. He/She acts as a role-model for our Philips behaviours: customer first, quality and integrity always, team up to win, take ownership to deliver fast, eager to improve and inspire. He/she is a strong and effective communicator, and able to build and nurture effective relationships with customers and within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross-markets and with the business. He/she can find solutions to complex issues and drives continuous improvement initiatives in close collaboration with the Business.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to develop and execute our GTM strategy in line with the Zones, Monitoring & SRC. The strategy is aligned with IM and Business overall Marketing strategy Lead Region P&L incl. revenue and margin management; develop and deliver on AM&D AOP in Growth Works with the Business to facilitate execution of New Product Introductions and launch readiness for product, solutions and services Lead team of direct report of Modality Sales Specialist and Business Development experts located in the Zones Responsible for managing interactions with the Business in the AOP/BMC process Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Service Delivery teams in the Region and in the Markets Act as single point of contact to the Business for Growth region Drives customer satisfaction by proper understanding and continuous feedback of customer needs and providing winning sales propositions Create Co Selling strategy with other business, in particular with Monitoring and EI Lead or support directly the business relationship with Customers, Partners
Qualifications:
University degree (MBA preferred) and 15+ years of industry experience Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products and solutions. Proven experience in a (commercial) leadership role, preferably in medical devices sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions. Entrepreneur with an Agile and Lean mindset incl. strong problem-solving skills.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
