About the role

Overall objective of the Position
As a Regional Trainer, the primary objective is to Lead, coach and develop team as well as reach out to other functional teams with leadership and experience. Organize and carry out Training Seminars for the Importers and staff in his/her respective region. Ensure customer satisfaction, assesses and integrates customer feedback into the processes.
What you will Do?

• Coordinate Training content, working methods and general focus with Product Management
• Continuously develops his/her knowledge of respective market, products and technologies
• Continuously develop excellent communication, argumentation and teaching skills

• Knowledge of both solvent and waterborne paint technology
• Outstanding knowledge of products and technologies

• Good level of IT users skills
• Understanding and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
