As a Restaurant Manager at Kitopi, you will lead the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving sales, ensuring food quality, and upholding customer satisfaction standards while fostering a positive and efficient team environment.
What You'll Do?
Partner with the Area Manager to set and execute the restaurant’s business goals, objectives, and performance targets.
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and the quality of service.
Create and implement marketing strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and promote brand awareness.
Monitor and manage financial performance, including budget adherence, cost control, and profit maximization.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Lead and inspire the team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence.
Handle customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally to maintain customer loyalty.
Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations, and manage employee documentation.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
High school diploma required; additional qualifications in hospitality or business management preferred.
Strong knowledge of the F&B retail market and industry trends.
Established guest portfolio and business relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to integrate into a new work environment and adapt to challenges.
Team player with a strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
