PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide exceptional customer service and lead others do the same.
· Assigning the team on day-to-day operations.
· Oversee FOH Outlet Operations.
· Oversee and monitor staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements and reports the same to Restaurant Manager.
· Develop strategies for improving customers dining experience.
· Strong contributor towards restaurant sales increase.
· Maintain inventories of all goods, kitchen supplies and cleaning products accordingly.
· Controlling and developing to waste management, decrease cost.
· Effectively handling petty cash and in-depth knowledge of handling POS.
· Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverages and service sequences.
