Safety Advisor

Summary:
As a Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and promoting occupational health and safety practices within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and national regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as emergency procedures, protective equipment usage, and accident prevention.
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with management to create and maintain a culture of safety across all departments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Certified Health and Safety Professional (CHSP) accreditation preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
