The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving product promotion, managing key accounts, and ensuring the team effectively communicates with healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products. This position requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to cultivate relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
